    • The item must be in its original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required.
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
    • Returns due to dissatisfaction with the product will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or ordering the wrong item.
    • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted if the error or issue arises from the customer's side.
  2. Non-Acceptance of Returns and Refunds:

  6. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning items will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.No charge when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective. 
  7. Restocking Fees : There are no restocking fees for returns.

    How to Return Products : By Mail

    To return a product by mail, please follow the instructions provided to you once your return request has been accepted.

    Refunds

    We will notify you via email once we’ve received your return and let you know if it was approved. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. All refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund.

    Please note that we first offer an exchange or replacement in all possible cases, and a return/refund is only offered if we fails to provide a replacement.
